Conversation Heart Brownies

Just a little something to let you know I'm back! While you wait while I work on more recipes to post, just a reminder that I am on Twitter. Follow me @carolineadobo and let's get this conversation going! :)

I used the brownie recipe in Thomas Keller's ad hoc cookbook (my favorite at the moment) baked in a heart-shaped silicone pan. I'm sure your favorite brownie recipe will work. Then cover in some candy melts once cooled. A simple treat to have for Valentine's Day.

Oh, and have a Happy Monday! ;)

Love the idea, and a coated brownie-- what could be better? I'll gladly eat my words. :D
